Does anyone have a monitor or deck gun that I can buy? Infrequently I see one on eBay and in years past have seen some pretty 'rough' ones at the fall Mundelein (IL) auction or at flea markets. I'd just like one to use with my ALF. I guess the smaller (fewer intakes) the better and easier to handle. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Working on getting a plan that would include club engines to pump water at lumber jack days in July. This may turn out to be as good as Burnsville with day and night pumping on the river. There would be a limit as to how many engines could draft, but water could be relayed to other engines. Night pumping would include colored lights etc.

I am beginning to investigate indoor storage options for my ALF pumper up in the north metro area. Do you have any ideas? I am scanning Craigslist and also looking at the various mini-storage places, but nothing is ideal. I am hoping to find something near to Fridley & Coon Rapids (my offices @ Mercy & Unity Hospitals) or the area we are looking for home buying (Maple Grove). I am grateful for any contacts or suggestions!! -Doug

Ford 4 cylinder industrial engine from floor sweeper is in place but not hooked up yet, This will be all hydrolic when finished. If I can figure it out, it will power the pump instead of steam. or an air compresser to act like steam.

Does anyone know of good fire fighting video links. There are a lot of videos on You Tube but most don't seem very exciting.
Thanks. Dan.
